Role reports to: Director eComm Acceleration

Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay: $73,000.00 - $102,000.00

What You Will Do

The Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth (RGM) & Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)is accountable to be proficient and knowledgeable of RGM/SPM and Customer Development fundamentals. The incumbent proactively utilizes data and analytics to make recommendations on key business issues surrounding trade promotion, portfolio optimization and strategic portfolio decisions. The incumbent assembles and provides market and competitive data to track business results, monitor productivity, assess category, customer or shopper trends, and develops recommendations based on the analysis. The incumbent assesses and draws conclusions from shipment, POS, customer, competitive, and syndicated business data to identify trends, gaps, competitive threats, ideal assortment SKUs, and sales opportunities. The incumbent participates in special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Drives sustainable revenue growth for our brands through pricing, promotions, portfolio optimization and trade investment strategies that build joint value for consumers, customers and Kenvue

Conducts portfolio and trade promotion analyses to support businesses in achieving RGM/SPM Targets and driving profitable growth

Supports Customer JVC initiatives

Supports team members/partners by organizing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from a variety of data sources, including IRI, Nielsen, POS, and Shopper/Panel, to identify trends and provide insights-based recommendations

Ensures that data is accurately formed, reported, and error-free when preparing data sets through careful review and refinement prior to performing analysis

Completes all required training curriculum and achieves set standards

Completes special projects as assigned

Complies with company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required

A minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience is required

Experience in consumer products, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance or similar is preferred

Commercial experience is preferred

Ability to independently organize and complete assigned work is required

Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix, changing environment is required

Ability to access, assess, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data - able to summarize and influence decisions through data is required

Ability to understand marketplace-various consumer retail business models is required

Ability to understand macro and micro trends is required

Ability to create impactful presentations to explain recommendations and findings of studies is required

Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, database information sources, and web applications (including Tableau or similar applications) are required

Neilson, IRI or similar market research software experience is preferred

Some knowledge of statistical methods are preferred

This position may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
