Role reports to: Manager of Operations
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 15%
Pay: $ 73,000 - 117,300

What you will do
The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations is responsible for provides support to Sales Operations and Cross functional business partners in support of fair access of our products to customers. The incumbent will be responsible for the analysis of allocation, order, and fill data for assigned GBU. Development of customer level supply outlooks, allocation support, seasonal allocations project implementation and report out, to include service impact, and financial projections associated with long term supply disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Captures data and information, develops proposals to facilitates the flow of information between Sales, Delivery & Supply Chain to best meet customer product supply needs.
Adapts and maintains Seasonal Allocation strategy with cross functional input and alignment.
Captures accuracy and transparent communication on short term and long-term supply outlook tools.
Ad hoc reporting and support repository of allocation data, consumption, order fill.
Aligns across multiple functional groups at all levels for assigned area/projects.
Identifies and drives efficiencies by collaborating with cross-functional partners within information management systems and processes.
Delivers root cause analysis to problem solve and seek resolution to issues preventing stability in demand.
Is aware of all the relevant business processes and requirements related to pricing, trade promotions and inventory management.
Always follows company policy and procedure.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required
4 years of professional experience with at least 2 years including prior experience in direct customer sales, business analytics, or supply chain is required
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment
Ability to devise persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives
Ability to complete projects and follow processes to deliver results including volume achievements
Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demand
Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, database information sources and web applications
Travel percentage - up to 15% Domestic travel

What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $117,300 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
