Operations Manager

Kelly Services is currently seeking an Operations Manager for one of our top clients in Skillman, NJ.

Services and Deliverables:

Without limitation, all services shall include, and be performed in accordance with the following;

Customer Service & Communication:

  • Daily communication with management and team members on services progress and results

  • Team meeting attendance or facilitation when needed Compliance:

  • Adhere to all approved SOPs and cGMPs

  • Complete required training documentation and attend GMP training when requested.

  • Maintain SOPs in a compliant state.

    Safety:

  • Maintain a safe work environment, following all EHS policies and attend safety training when requested.

    _ Analytical Sample Submission / Sample Receipt Process:_

  • Create and approve product specifications in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) based on issued GSS product specifications

  • Responsible for overall flow and maintenance of the Sample Submission Room as per the new Sample Handling Process

  • Receive all samples from External and Internal partners submitted to the NA Analytical Department.

  • Log all samples submitted for analytical testing in LIMS.

  • Ensuring all samples logged into FUSION are received by the appropriate Analytical Team inside the Sample Submission Room

  • Manage sample storage within the respective cabinets.

  • Available for Analyst sample receipt

  • Collect and maintain data collected from Refrigerator/Freezer data loggers.

· Stability and Housekeeping CRO:

  • Wash and maintain glassware inventory (Back up)

  • Submit eMarketplace/Ariba orders (chemical and lab supplies) on behalf of Analytical, Stability, and RMC groups.

  • Login/logout general chemicals/reagents in Chemical Management System (GMM)

  • Maintain column inventory.

  • Monthly expiration checks on chemicals and reagents

  • Aid with shipping of Stability samples (Back up)

  • Provide backup for stability sample pulls and staging.

  • Stability protocol approval

Operations Manager, Kelly OCG:

  • Site branch payroll accuracy and timely processing

  • 1 st level HR support to local/assigned operations/teams.

  • Timely new employee on-boarding processing

  • Employee termination processing

  • Worker’s compensation managing/processing.

  • Manage employee performance review process.

  • Process Change Forms for employees.

  • Monitor and ensure assigned program level metrics are completed.

  • Drive efforts to enhance Employee Engagement and Satisfaction

Important information: This position is recruited by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
