OMP Supply Planning deployment Lead
This position reports to Pangea Program Leader and is based in Skillman NJ (Will be moving to Summit NJ in early 2025)

Role reports to: Pangea Program Leader
Location: Skillman NJ (Will be moving to Summit NJ in early 2025)
Travel %: 20-30%
Pay: $144,000 - $195,000
What you will do
The OMP Supply Planning deployment Lead is responsible for acting as the subject matter expert for the established Pangea template deployment of Supply Planning and Distribution Planning in all regions. Driving and supporting the design and deployment of use cases in Supply Planning, Distribution Planning and Purchase Order lifecycle for US. The lead will also facilitate discussions with users in the business and the Regional GPEx SP/SP leads
Key Responsibilities
Lead SP Business SME’s in executing Pangea R3 project
Support Global E2E SP Team, Pangea Data Lead and S4 Project team
During design activities, work with stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and concerns
Drive and document design decisions. Works with PLAN and Crossfunctional stakeholders to drive detail process confirmation for business use cases
Support documentation of Change Requests together with stakeholders
Support Product Backlog prioritization
Provide business domain knowledge and best practices, critical to the completion of the project.
Verify and validate the quality of user stories and solutions. Validate system configuration in every sprint and provide feedback to project team whether the system is delivering what is expected. Assess impact on other regions or functions
Follow up with Solution provider on solutions
Drive or support delivery of project management deliverables, e.g.:
o Align SME activities with Project Plan
o Ensures scheduling of SP project activities
o Support resource balancing and identification of resource constraints
o Quality assessment on test plan and test cases
o Support issue identification and prioritization
o Support analysis on issues/bug/defects found in the solution
Lead or contribute to weekly meetings with SME’s to share and allocate project activities for next weeks, and mitigate issues.
Prepare test scripts and guide SME’s in the execution of Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Assess project risks and support mitigation planning
Support/Prepare weekly Core team updates with PMO where required
Serve as change agent, support the identification and mitigation planning of change impacts, and user engagement
Change impact assessment and guidance
Trainings to user and give guidance / best practices on process & tool
GoLive & hypercare support
Confirm the new planning drumbeat (WILO/DILO) with SME’s and Regional Business Lead
Support the SME’s with training development, review and delivery.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in planning roles with progressive exposure and responsibility, of which at least 3 years in Supply planning
Supply Planning Specialist, self starter and problem solver oriented to provide solutions.
Clear understanding of how Data elements support current planning processes
Able to move from local to regional to global mindset in support of process harmonization
Results-orientated, creative, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of current Kenvue NA business, priorities and pain points
Understands IT platforms and infrastructures related to advanced analytics or reporting
Experience in any of following applications is helpful: SAP ECC, S4, SAP APO, OMP, Tableau
What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 - $195,000 . . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
