Role reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Global Oral Care

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025

Travel %: 10%

Pay: $98,000- $167,900

What you will do

The Marketing Manager on the Global Oral Care Innovation team is a key strategic role within the Essential Health team and directly supports our key priority brand market combinations.

Key responsibilities:
Support development of 3-year innovation pipeline to deliver the brand strategic plan and operating plan goals
Own and drive development of new product concepts, claims, and commercial innovation projects shaped by consumer & category insights and trends
Lead and advance long-term, brand-wide initiatives
Effectively lead cross-functional team to drive excellence in all aspects of product development from concept research to product design, packaging development and commercialization.
Build and effectively influence business activities and projects, including gaining alignment from key partners and decision-makers
Build a high-performance environment and a culture of collaboration and innovation with partners and marketing counterparts
Design for the key PBMC markets while working with adapt markets in AP, LATAM and EMEA to support the Listerine brand equity and innovation globally.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management
Demonstrated brand business building, critical thinking, and marketing thought leadership-ability to shape ideas & recommendations based on consumer insights
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and leadership
Superior communication, storytelling, project management skills and an ability to influence without authority is required
Proven analytic skills and financial acuity in making effective business decisions.
Proven ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand/project/innovation
This position requires approximately 10% domestic travel


Desired Qualifications
Proven experience in brand innovation, including development and execution of creative strategies that drive brand growth is preferred
Prior Consumer Packaged Goods experience
Prior oral care experience is preferred


What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 to $167,900 (if compliant with local laws).This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
