Role reports to: Sr Director IMO Franchise Leader

Location: Skillman, NJ

Travel %: 5%

Pay: $144,000 - $195,000

What you will do

The Global Segment Sr. Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing priority global Innovation and Life Cycle Management projects in support of Kenvue's and assigned Segment's Strategic Plan, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Key Responsibilities
Concurrently oversee multiple highly complex global product innovation and lifecycle management projects from definition through launch and execution following Kenvue's Operating model and innovation playbooks, standards, and tools
In service of assigned Brand Development Team(s) (BDT), provide overall project management to a global cross-functional team including R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Operations, Finance, Regional PM, and others to deliver on project goals (time, cost, quality).
Support team members by identifying and resolving execution barriers, raising issues as appropriate and engaging ultimate decision makers as quickly as possible when projects deviate from plan.
Maintain accurate information and data supporting project and portfolio tracking and reporting to ensure appropriate visibility at all organizational levels. As required, support Operations BDT Leads and Project Management BDT one point of contact with project updates or other ad hoc data requests
Lead preparation and delivery of project updates, stage-gate reviews, and recommendations at governance forum. Acts as an independent advisor at the forum, making appropriate Go/No-go recommendations and communicating openly and effectively about risks and issues.
Coordinate team meetings and minutes; understand & track critical milestones; establish contingency & acceleration plans; facilitate team decisions and issue resolution; establish and implement risk management plan.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 10 years of business/work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years of proven success in management of large, highly complex, new product commercialization or life cycle management projects from ideation through to benefit realization.
You can successfully interact across all levels of the organization, leading discussions and holding teams accountable without line authority, creating alignment across cross-functional partners (Commercial, R&D, Operations, Regional PM and others) as needed.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator verbally, in writing, and through presentations, reports, and dashboards. They will be able to distill complex issues and risks into succinct, comprehensible analysis and open and transparent recommendations for senior leaders (up to VP).
Strong business and financial competence, understanding of financial principles and project evaluation methods, and how to use this knowledge to make recommendations to achieve business goals.

Desired Qualifications
Master's Degree or MBA or other advanced degree
PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certification
Experience working in Consumer Goods industry.
Experience in a GMP or regulated environment (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC)
Experience in Process Excellence / 6 Sigma methodologies

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 to $195000. This considers several factors, including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
