Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

Finance Manager, Transformation - SDI

This role will be part of the Finance Transformation Team, which is responsible for optimizing the finance operating model to achieve a best-in-class finance organization.

Role reports to: Transformation SDI Director

Location: Skillman, NJ, but is expected to move to Summit, NJ sometime in or around Q1 2025

Travel %: 10-20%

Pay: $98,000 - $167,900

A pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered. This role is a project-based role that is expected to end at or around June 2026.

What will you do

The SDI Transformation Manager is responsible for design, deployment and enablement of Finance model shifts globally. Such projects can include finance operating model and design, new scope evaluations as well as linking key interdependencies with technology and process initiatives. This is a high visibility role that requires strong communication with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Champion, lead and influence finance model strategy and solutions

Translate strategic levers into project plans

Value tracking, risk and opportunity management related to areas of support

Provide issue resolution and business cases for Senior Management regarding complex decisions.

Lead the deployment of specific finance and enterprise projects and process enabled improvements

Ability to create linkage between technology and operating model design

Manage multiple simultaneous deployments including project planning, risk reviews, and interdependency management

Lead, facilitate and coordinate all new scope deployment activities required.
Ensure that key stakeholders are collaborated with and consulted on all deployments with key functional inputs including but not limited to Compliance, Tax, Controllership, FP&A, etc.
Accountable for issue and risk resolution & escalation to management where required.
Strong team management skills - able to plan, organize, motivate, provide direction for multiple teams or complex tasks; attention to detail, understanding of the Finance Op Model.
Quickly react to changing priorities; solution focused.
Provide indirect leadership, coaching, training, and guidance to team(s) they support

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

A minimum of 7-9 years of working experience is required.

1-2 Years directly or indirectly managing others

At least 1 year of project, transformation, deployment, or operating model design experience

At least 5-7 years functional experience in Finance

Excellent presentation, framing and communication skills.

Demonstrates Leadership and Management skills through direct or indirect relationships

Leadership & collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting principles and processes.

Strong ability to manage deadlines, assess and communicate risk.

Six Sigma, FPX, Process Leadership, and/or Project Management skills desired.

Technologically savvy, stakeholder focus; flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.

Deployment, solutions, change management experience desired.

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 - $167,900. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
