Role reports to: Head of Strategy
Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025
Travel %: 10%
Pay: $144,000.00- $247,825.00
What you will do
The Director, Strategic Performance Management is responsible for overseeing development, implementation and performance of the enterprise-wide performance management approach. You will ensure clarity on performance with the Kenvue Leadership Team and the Board of Directors and work with relevant teams to improve performance as required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide performance management framework that aligns with Kenvue's strategic goals and objectives
Identify performance metrics aligned with the priorities of the Kenvue Leadership Team, refreshing them as necessary to reflect evolving strategic priorities
Oversee the creation and use of reports and dashboards for real-time performance tracking and monitoring across the organization
Regularly communicate performance insights to the Kenvue Leadership Team and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of performance versus strategic goals and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance overall performance
Lead interventions when necessary to improve execution and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Facilitate the deployment and execution of the strategic plan across all business units and functions, ensuring that planning priorities are aligned with the company's long-term goals
Support efforts to design and implement new operational models that drive greater efficiency and performance outcomes
Stay informed on industry trends and performance management best practices, integrating learnings into Kenvue's processes to continuously enhance performance management systems
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
10-12 years of experience in performance management, strategic planning, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing performance management initiatives.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in policy development
Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000.00 to $247,825.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
