HVAC Quality Assurance Technician – $55,000-$65,000

What will you be doing?

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in units found during functional testing on newly built HVAC equipment and systems.

• Validation and error-proofing of wiring diagrams and control schematics

• Load controller firmware and verify operation

• Verify documentation and forms

• Prepare and maintain test data and inspection reports for review

• Receiving, inspecting, and testing new parts and returns.

• Package, ship, and manage inventory of replacement parts.

• Maintain calibration of required gauges, tools, and equipment.

• Actively contribute to the improvement of support systems and procedures, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and drive the resolution of customer issues..

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• trade school in HVAC/R highly preferred

• 2 years previous experience working with HVAC equipment and systems
