Actively recruit candidates for open positions across various geographical markets and professional functions.
Partner with hiring managers and HR team to develop recruiting strategies for long/short term hiring goals. Develop requisitions details, ideal candidate profiles, screening, and interview questions.
Recommend the approach for approval of managing our temporary workforce based on external and internal benchmarking of best practices, and collaborate with business leaders to continually reassess program and process
Develop and maintain temporary staffing relationships.
Manage on-going communications with staffing agency representatives and act as the liaison between departments and the agencies for recruitment/placement of temporary employees.
Manage job postings, sourcing (both active and passive) and screening of candidates. Evaluate candidates to determine suitability for position and communicate with the Hiring Manager and HR team.
Utilize professional networking, social media, cold-calling, and other methods to proactively source qualified candidates. Develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need (as appropriate).
Manage candidate contact during recruitment process. Assist HR team with interviews, as needed.
Manage Applicant Tracking System, including improvements to system set-up and processes. Maintain data accuracy in ATS.
Coordinate and implement pre-campus and campus recruiting initiatives. Develop relationships with high schools, colleges, and universities in local areas.
Manage the online presence and company brand to attract candidates. Work with other departments to improve and/or enhance the brand as necessary.
Provide reports and metrics (i.e. time to fill) as required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends.
Assist HR team with training for hiring managers on proper and effective recruiting and interviewing techniques.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and all company policies relating to QMS and EMS.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency setting
Experience in working with clients and workforce in a temporary staffing agency strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting for multiple roles across various teams and locations.
Working knowledge of an applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
Experience with college recruiting and internship programs.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Strong ability to passively recruit candidates
High sense of urgency, customer-service driven, and team player mentality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, MS Word, and Outlook)
Ability to travel
