Job Overview:

Our state-of-the-art custom fabrication shop is seeking experienced Welding & Fabrication Technicians to join our team. As a MIG Welder, you will use your expertise and skills to fabricate and weld various metal components for our clients. With competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $20 to $30 per hour, along with weekly pay, health benefits, and a 401k plan, we offer a rewarding compensation package. Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding techniques to fabricate and weld metal components according to specifications.

• Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine welding requirements.

• Operate various welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of welded components through meticulous inspection and adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication is required.

• Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding welding symbols and specifications.

• Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and safety protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
