Overview This person contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages Company by supervising the loading of route and transport trucks for a warehouse facility.

Responsibilities Lead Warehouse operations: * Set warehouse logistics and performance standards * Identify priorities and coordinates resources * Communicate objectives to the warehouse team * Manage efficient and effective loading process * Employee accountability with feedback and proper documentation

Achieve Warehouse Controllable Costs Goals: * Manage labor costs through creative and effective daily FTE management with proper formulas based on volume * Identify and resolve issues preventing achievement of plan * Track shrink, breakage, out of date, returns and re- work process

Build Warehouse Capability and Productivity Standards: * Provide coaching and feedback to individuals and team * Communicate results to team * Utilize Warehouse Winning Edge process to achieve housekeeping standards and to maintain a consistent expectation of the warehouse

Key Accountabilities: * Indentify and prioritize daily and weekly work and assign * Own your inventory in the warehouse and the inventory process * Manage a successful warehouse each day by setting standard operating practices to meet the expectations of the PAM and USM * Facility maintenance, planning projects and up keep in all areas * Environmental files and PBC requirements * Coach, lead and develop all direct reports by (working with second shift) employees setting written objectives * Accountability of shift Lead or PAS with consistent management expectations to hold employees accountable * Follow progressive discipline process with all employees * Manage and oversee the fleet mechanics, needs, repairs and costs * Work with the rest of the leadership team to be a successful unit

Compensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $87,000 * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

Qualifications * Preferred 2 years of Operations or Logistics experience * Degree preferred, not required * Previous supervisory experience * Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry a plus
