[We are seeking a Store Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will supervise and direct staff, ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, and manage safety and security within the store. - Make quality tactical decisions regarding the day to day running of the store operation.
- Focus managerial attention on staffing needs, training store employees, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure that all store team members and/or persons served are properly trained, supervised, coaches and evaluated.
- Open to and supportive of new ideas and process improvement of systems and procedures
- Effectively oversee collections to ensure proper processing and separation of incoming donations, outlet merchandise, salvage goods if applicable, and waste.
- Ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Ensure that production goals are consistently met or exceeded
- Ensure maximum sales performance through proper stock rotation, display, signage, and inventory levels
- Ensure that the store consistently meets or exceed budgeted sales goals
- Act as a servant leader and a positive role model to store team members and demonstrate ability to positively mentor, train and assist other managers where needed.
- Develop proficiency in understanding financial reports
- Ensure effective and efficient store budget management including maintaining position control, achieving processing goals, generating revenue, and controlling expenses
- Ensure proper handling of cash through enforcement of cash register procedures and accurate and timely submission of proper reports
