A Brief Overview
Responsible for on-going contact with Avera PACE affiliate members, member program education, program maintenance, retention of members and the recruitment of new members.
What you will do
Promotes and markets all programs of Avera PACE. Capitalizes on opportunity to cross-sell when appropriate by promoting other Avera Health programs. Assist as needed in the development of marketing materials to support these programs.
Maintains an existing core of business within a clearly defined service territory through a system of regularly-scheduled telephone contacts. Documents affiliate and recruitment contacts in the appropriate systems.
Works with Avera PACE staff in coordinating, promoting, and selling the Avera PACE programs to target markets. Remains current on competitive market and regularly communicates with Avera PACE Director and staff of any market shifts. Also communicates field information and experiences.
Compiles and presents potential affiliate program analysis. Coordinates sales closure and implements Avera PACE programs at affiliated sites. Completes set-up procedures for affiliates in assigned territory and submits new affiliate information to the Member Services Coordinators.
New client implementations are followed up with both the client and utilized vendors within 90 days to ensure understanding and appropriate utilization of contracts by the affiliate and appropriate pricing is given by the vendors.
Represents Avera PACE at area trade shows. Meets with regional distributors, suppliers, manufacturers, and sales managers in regional territory.
Monitors contract compliance by affiliate facilities and performs periodic audits of accounts.
Assists affiliates with equipment bid requests.
Assists the Business Development Director with analyzing and monitoring of results of affiliate activities.
Develops and conducts a facility exit interview for all Avera PACE program terminations. Completes deletion procedures for affiliates in assigned territory and ensures membership changes are communicated to
