As Senior Program Manager and key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of complex technology programs, from initial concept to final implementation, creating detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, forecast and actual budget reports, resource plans and executive status reports. Your deep understanding of technology development lifecycles and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive program management strategies for complex technology initiatives.
Leverage your deep understanding of technology development lifecycles to guide program execution and ensure alignment with technical requirements.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and operations, to drive program success.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program objectives are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating program progress and addressing their needs.
Drive process improvement initiatives and establish best practices for technology program management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in program management within a technology-focused environment, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology programs, including software development, hardware integration, or cloud deployments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in technology development.
Deep knowledge of technology development lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Expertise in creating detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, forecasts and budgeting reports, resource plans and executive status reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical executive stakeholders
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
