TEKsystems Operations Specialist in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Job Title: Operations SpecialistJob Description

We are in search of a diligent Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and loading various types of files from our clients into our system, either manually or electronically. The role also includes sending daily files of letters to our letter vendor and printing those that need to be done in-house. In addition, you'll assist with inbound phone calls off our main number and help the operations team with various tasks as needed, such as processing returned mail and/or scanning documents. You may also be required to perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to load files manually or electronically

  • Proficiency in sending daily files of letters to a vendor

  • Ability to assist with inbound phone calls

  • Capability to assist the operations team with various tasks

  • Experience in processing returned mail and/or scanning documents

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

This is a fully on-site position in Sioux Falls, SD.
