Job Summary

  • Serves as a partner responsible for aligning business objectives with leadership in designated business units.

  • Provides Human Resource consultation and support services to management and their staff.

  • Works in collaboration with HR colleagues and leadership to develop and support HR and business initiatives.

  • The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to operational leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

  • Supports business leaders as needed with projects and initiatives that will support growth and stability across the organization.

  • Creates appropriate solutions while building strong business relationships, continuously and collaboratively representing the proactive business perspective in the design, two way communication, and implementation of programs and initiatives.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • 3-5 years of human resources experience required.

Certification/Licensure/Registrations

  • HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, ASHHRA) preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $40.75 - $61.25 per hour
