Aventure Staffing Office Administrator in Sioux City, Iowa
Office Administrator
$20/hour
Monday – Friday with overtime and rotating on-call on weekends

Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations. Maintain records, documentation and files.
Payroll administration.
Make reservations for travel and accommodations for field service techs around the Midwest.
Data entry into spreadsheets, run reports, create graphs and charts
Assist with invoicing and cost control.
Communication: Managing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
Maintaining office supplies inventory.
Provide support to staff.
Requirements :
HS Diploma or GED
Minimum 5 years of experience as an office administrator or office manager
Proficient in MS Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook
Previous experience with travel arrangements preferred
Experience using Trello preferred
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
