Job Description Summary

Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

Job Description

Reponsibilities :

  • Attend to Tam case as assigned by team leader or management

  • Carry out rectification work as specified in the Tam case

  • Complete the Tam case with endorsement from the end user or requester

  • Attend to property officer zone defective work request

  • Carry out rectification work as specified in the zone defective work request

  • Complete the zone defective work request with verification by the property officer

  • Attending to ad-hoc work as assigned by team leader or management

  • Carry out rectification work as specified in the ad-hoc work request

  • Complete the ad-hoc work with verification from the end user or requester

  • Attending to PPM work as assigned by team leader or management

  • Carry out the PPM work assignment according to the standard checklist

  • Complete the PPM with verification from the respective system Engineer

Requirements:

  • Nitec or Higher Nitec in Facility Management or related field, such as Electrical Engineering etc

  • 2 years working experience in Facility Management or technical work
