JOB TITLE: Senior Field Marketing Manager, Partner Marketing (Asia)

Position Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-directed Partner Marketing Professional to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will be an active contributor to our larger marketing initiatives, working closely with key partner leaders, Alliances, Channel Management, global and regional campaign teams, and various ServiceNow business units. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in managing relationships with strategic partners and developing joint marketing plans, including market awareness and demand generation programs that align with revenue targets. Adaptability, integrated program development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment will be critical to success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow Account Directors and partners to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges. Translate these insights into a comprehensive partner marketing plan aligned with broader business goals.

  • Joint Marketing Program Development: Create, manage, and execute joint marketing programs with partners that drive measurable growth in pipeline and revenue. Develop campaigns that align with both ServiceNow’s and the partner’s objectives.

  • Global & Regional Campaign Execution: Localize and adapt global partner marketing campaigns for regional markets. Ensure consistent and impactful execution across regions, optimizing for local nuances and market needs.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration between global and regional marketing teams, field marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution. Align partner marketing efforts with broader sales and business objectives for successful regional activation.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze program performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Agency & Resource Management: Manage local marketing agency relationships and resources to scale partner marketing programs. Ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery across the partner ecosystem.

  • Innovation & Best Practices: Continuously explore new marketing trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance program effectiveness. Elevate partner engagement and campaign results through creative approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on Partner/Channel Marketing. Experience in regional marketing roles, particularly in global, matrix-based, and collaborative organizational settings, is preferred.

  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, messaging, and execution. Proficiency in inbound and outbound digital strategies, including web, search, social, nurture, and relationship-based marketing.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing and collaborating across teams and geographies. Ability to engage with senior executives and communicate at all organizational levels.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to quickly understand complex concepts, translate technical capabilities into customer benefits, and develop strategic marketing plans that drive business results.

  • Project Management Expertise: Exceptional project planning and execution skills, with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to multitask, prioritize, anticipate obstacles, and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated drive for excellence in execution and achieving challenging goals.

  • Storytelling & Writing: Strong storytelling and writing abilities to create compelling marketing content that resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Global Perspective & Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings, industry events, and customer engagement as needed.
