Citigroup Service Analyst - Hybrid in Singapore, Singapore

The Service Analyst 2 is an intermediate position responsible for workflow analysis of departmental systems, workforce and procedures in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to ensure accurate reporting and compliance across all product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform critical processes including timely and accurate on association settlements, Association Reporting for Credit cards , and Regulatory MAS Reporting for CITI NA and Citibank Singapore Limited .

  • Manage Global Rewards invoicing and processes

  • Timely reviews of process and procedure on the changes

  • Support, and participate with business on all project initiatives, especially on cards new product launches or changes

  • Manage investigation (internal/external customer) for the department. Provide detailed analysis of escalated issues when necessary and recommend actions for resolutions.

  • Monitor Internal Accounts – MAS, Operating and Deferred account

  • Handle all Audits – internal and external (KPMG)

  • Review global and regional policies, e.g. Regional Consumer Controls Procedures Manual (RCCPM) & Global Mandatory Branch Controls, to identify gaps against local procedures.

  • Streamline process and automate to ensure production effectiveness and efficiency

  • Governance of reconciliation related functions

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience related to reporting

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver outcomes within timeline

  • Proficient in Microsoft words and excel

  • Meticulous and eye for detail

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
