What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to propel the growth of Singapore business and meet business priorities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners (agencies & industry bodies), to deliver effective marketing initiatives

• Lead PR efforts to enhance the company's reputation and manage relationships with media and industry influencers.

• Oversee corporate communications and build CEO profile across all channels of communication

• Support the leadership and HR in implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and help position the firm as an employer of choice to attract and retain top talent.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies and associations to enhance the company's presence and influence.

• Take a client-first approach by collaborating closely with local sales and business delivery teams to understand client needs, drive cross-selling opportunities, and enhance client relationships.

• Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive online visibility and lead generation.

• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.

• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborate and contribute as a team player in a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

You are:

• Minimally with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimally with 1 - 2 of managerial experience and an accumulative of 10- 12 years of experience in Marketing role

• A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous

• Has exceptional verbal & written communication skills

• High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously

• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders and senior management
