The Coca-Cola Company Senior Manager, Internal & Leadership Communications in Singapore, Singapore

Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Communications for the ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit (OU), the Senior Manager for Internal & Leadership Communications will focus on:

  • Leadership communications (e.g., OU President)

  • OU-wide internal communications - including email/newsletters, Viva Engage (internal social media), Connect (intranet), video and other channels as appropriate

  • OU-wide town halls

  • Serving as representative in Global Internal Communications Network, closely aligned to global head of internal & leadership communications.

Working as part of a networked team coordinating across Global and OU Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability (PACS), OU leadership, HR and other internal partners, this individual will develop and amplify communications that connect our company messages and our leaders' voices and visions to the employees who bring our strategies to life. They will continually advance our internal and leadership communications approach for impact and work to guide employees to the information, stories, and resources they need to help our company refresh the world and make a difference. They will bring inspiration and storytelling to these initiatives.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead communicator with ability to influence leaders on best way to drive messages to employees, and ability to develop and amplify a narrative.

  • Internal communicator to build consensus, ensure alignment and buy-in from key internal stakeholders.

  • They also must develop, collaborate and maintain relationships with key internal partners and decision-makers, including HR leaders, external communicators, Platform Services, Global PACS and others.

  • Ability to understand and bring diversity & inclusion into their work is a priority.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.

Related Work Experience:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in communications, public affairs, public relations in public, private or NGO sector; in-depth communications experience is preferred.

  • Experience working across a multi-cultural, networked organization.

  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex issues to drive tangible business actions.
