What You Will Do

• Manage the Digital Technology outsourced team (DXC), vendors and customer stakeholders.

• Work with the Reporting Manager to chart the site DT road map/strategic plan.

• Oversee all IT related infrastructure (Software, Servers, Storage, Switches, WIFI, VOIP system and PCs) and propose change in accordance with the need of the BU propose on the IT roadmap.

• Provide advice on applications roll out, involve in Smart Factory (industry 4.0), Business Analytics and/or Robotic Process Automation projects and implementation.

• Support Architecture Review and Authorise of Operate compliance process from Global.

• Lead Pratt & Whitney and RTX system rollout adaption and support local BU to ensure smooth transition.

• Facilitate and/or participate in requirements gathering sessions with the key user groups and to review the current business project to propose changes as deemed necessary.

• Lead any plan and unplanned outage exercise in the engine centre facility.

• Review all IT related purchases and project that might impact the policy.

• Manage the compliances and IT vulnerabilities according to the policy spell out on Pratt & Whitney and RTX Digital Technology Policy.

• Involve in regular SOX, Digital Technology compliance review and IT audit where necessary.

• Recommend IT controls by identifying problems and writing improvement procedures.

• Participate in various sub-committees in CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence), EH&S to support continuous improvement projects & initiatives.

• Any other roles as assigned by the management.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.

• 5 years of relevant experience in IT system project management with a focus on infrastructure.

• Good knowledge of infrastructure devices (Software, Servers, Storage, Switches, WIFI, VOIP system and PCs) with implementation and deployment management skill.

• Good communication skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders when required.

• Possess digital technology, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to industrial automation or RPA technology.

• Positive attitude to learn new skills and technology.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Possess CCNA or ITIL certification.

• Experience in IT system life cycle implementation.

• Experience in supporting technology transformation in Manufacturing, Engineering or Aerospace.

• Knowledge in the vulnerability scan report and rectification.
