The Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales team by managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), overseeing sales processes, and supporting in tender submissions. This role requires close collaboration with the Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to meet customers’ demand and satisfaction.

You’ll make a difference in the following:

  • Monitor and manage on new and renewal SLAs and support Sales teams in pre-renewal activities, including reviewing contract scope and customer requirements.

  • Provide Sales with contract profitability insights

  • Champion our CRM tools, manage new sales leads, and ensure data quality through regular checks.

  • Support Sales and Operations teams in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents, and tender submissions.

  • Maintain an updated Project Reference library and provide administrative support for generating and routing sales quotations.

You'd describe yourself as having the following:

  • Minimally 3 years of experience in sales/operations support or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in SAP platforms or CRM tools

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
