We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Engineering Manager to lead and drive innovation in facility operations across the APAC region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize facility operations through the implementation of new technologies and engineering strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Innovation & New Technology: Lead the charge in identifying and implementing innovative technologies that optimize facility operations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve processes and systems.

  • Risk Based Maintenance (RBM) and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM): Manage and establish RBM and CBM practices for all APAC sites. Implement efficient and effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.

  • Engineering Documentation & Change Management: Ensure proper engineering documentation and adherence to established change management controls for all sites. Maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders.

  • Safety Procedures & Business Continuity: Develop and maintain comprehensive safety procedures, including escalation matrices and business continuity plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to protect employees and assets.

  • Critical MEP Systems: Ensure all critical Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems are in optimal operational condition and maintained according to client's requirements. Implement preventive maintenance

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations management or engineering.

  • Experience with Risk Based Maintenance (RBM) and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) practices.

  • Knowledge of engineering documentation and change management controls.

  1. Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance practices.

  • Knowledge of innovative technologies and their application in optimizing facility operations.

  • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.

  • Proficiency in MEP systems and their maintenance requirements.

  • Ability to review and provide input on project works, including due diligence, design, and construction.

  1. Leadership and Communication:

  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

  • Strong communication skills to engage with internal key stakeholders.

  • Ability to develop and execute project procurement strategies.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to prepare and present technical reports and budget proposals.

  1. Strategic Thinking:

  • Ability to contribute to long-term strategy planning for real estate and capital projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to develop and execute OPEX and CAPEX
