What You Will Do

• Source for goods & services, conduct request quotes, evaluate bids, negotiate price & purchase terms.

• Prepare and coordinate RFPs for major high value Capex purchases.

• Execution of Procurement Standard work to ensure compliance to Procurement policies and procedures.

• Prepare award decisions that meet specifications, issue purchase order and agreement in compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

• Develop and manage supplier base

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance to industry quality requirements & company specifications.

• Manage and drive supplier quality and performance.

• Resolve supply related matters, quantity, invoicing discrepancies.

• Ensure on time and accurate purchases of supplies, materials, goods and services

• Perform spend analysis, data processing and reporting & tracking.

• Propose end execute cost reduction projects including planning, coordinating with stakeholders, estimating completion and project updates.

• Review Contract Agreements, Risk mitigation and negotiations.

• Participate in CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) events to improve cost, quality, and productivity.

• Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.

• Carry out any other duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevance.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain ideally in Aerospace or Manufacturing environment.

• Experience in sourcing for Engineering product & services: Maintenance & Facilities, M&E, Building services etc.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft application, SAP is preferred.

• Meticulous and highly organized.

• Must be customer service oriented.

• Accuracy with data using data analytics tools, PowerBI or Qilksense, in a plus.

• Relevant experience in Aerospace, manufacturing or MRO is a plus.
