As an HR Business Partner at Siemens, you will be a key player in driving transformative initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering expert guidance on a wide range of HR topics, programs, and policies. Your contributions will be pivotal not only within Siemens but also in shaping broader industry standards.

You'd Break New Ground By:

  • Localize & Support HR Strategy: Execute local HR programs and people strategies in alignment with global and regional Siemens objectives. Derive and implement actions based on local people strategies, ensuring coordination with local and regional stakeholders.

  • Consult with Managers: Advise line managers on people and total rewards topics, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Assist in decision-making by assessing risks and providing expert insights.

  • Support Employees and HR Operations: Guide employees on HR programs and policies, ensuring data management and administration adhere to company regulations in collaboration with the shared service team.

  • Contribute to Local People Strategy: Derive and implement actions from local people strategies, coordinating HR-related projects with local and regional stakeholders.

  • Collaborate on Talent Pipeline Development: Collaborate with businesses to develop a local talent pipeline, incorporating diversity considerations and aligning with global/regional talent principles.

  • Champion Effective HR Processes: Proactively manage and ensure quality of core HR processes and policies, guaranteeing compliance with local regulations while empowering managers and employees to effectively utilize HR resources.

Your Desired Qualities:

  • HR Expertise : Possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with proven experience supporting business units as an HR Business Partner.

  • Legal and Procedural Knowledge : Maintain in-depth understanding of local labor laws and HR processes.

  • HR Technology Proficiency : Demonstrate hands-on experience with major HR information systems.

  • Project Management & Initiative Leadership : Combine strong project management skills with the ability to drive local HR initiatives.

  • Communication & Relationship Building : Excel in interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving : Embrace a customer-centric approach, utilizing exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and compliant mindset.
