Job Title: Facilities Manager

Reports to: Senior Manager, Facilities

Position Location: Singapore

Position Summary:

Manage the facilities operations in Gul Circle site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate, strategize, plan, budget and schedule facility maintenance and repair, modifications including estimates on equipment, labor, material and other related costs.

  • Take leadership in space allocation and layout, maintenance/repair of site facilities & infrastructure.

  • Influence optimization of preventive/predictive maintenance and activities together with site FM team.

  • Support WSH initiatives to ensure compliance to local Regulatory and Corporate requirements.

  • Implement programs and strategies in line with site & corporate directives.

  • Find opportunities for improvements and drive appropriate activities to realize them.

  • Other responsibilities include selection, development and evaluation of personnel to ensure efficient operation of the facilities operation.

  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, Diploma or Tertiary education in engineering related subject area.

  • Minimum 10 years in Facilities management experience including staff supervision budget accountability and project management.

  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration and building control management systems as well as relevant building codes and related regulatory requirements.

  • Experiences in handling De-Ionise (DI) Water and ISO Class 6 Cleanroom systems

  • Relevant experience in office administration

  • Good communication and social skills across different levels.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD or similar as well as Microsoft office software. Able to read blueprints, technical drawings and system specifications.

  • Strong planning & organizing skills.

  • Good understanding of ISO standards.
