Roles & Responsibilities

• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs as defined by the maintenance department procedure

• Machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure

• Update documentation (work orders, spare parts, etc.) as specified by the maintenance department procedure.

• Regularly feedback and suggest new ideas and innovation for machine/equipment maintenance

• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with peers and production staff to achieve the required output from the machines.

• Provide guidance and assistance to Production Technicians & Autonomous Maintenance team in cleaning, inspection and lubrication.

• Continuous improvement Projects

• Ensure EH&S procedure and compliance

• Work and coordinate with vendors for Machines/equipment repair, Install and commission machines/equipment

• Implement TPM for machines and ensure effectiveness

• Identify and execute Continuous Improvement activities

• Digital TPM and OEE implementation

• Identify and reduce machine related SRR

• Coordination with ME for new machine selection and replacement

• Obsolete machines upgrade and retrofit activities

• Using CMMS system for machine data analysis and Robust corrective actions

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years' experiences

• Knowledge of CORE problem solving/Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis

• Proficiency in Ms Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
