Join our INNOMOTICS ASEAN Finance team as our Senior Financial Controller to help us provide valuable and outstanding business services. The successful candidate will add value by ensuring the commercial, controlling success, driving financial accuracy and integrity, actively engaging in design, implementation and adherence to internal controls, reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, budgeting, monitoring and adherence to KPI’s.

You’ll make an impact in the following:

  • Responsible for financial controlling, target achievement, and performance monitoring, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely reporting to ASEAN head of controlling and CFO.

  • Handle financial tasks including forecasting, budgeting, deviation analysis, and implementing corrective measures.

  • Ensure data integrity, monitor actual vs planned financials, prevent margin slippage, and manage project cash flow and contractual requirements.

  • Collaborate regularly with the ASEAN finance team and support financial digitalization and automation initiatives to optimize financial processes.

  • Oversee internal controls, financial contract management, and commercial project management for key internal and external projects.

  • Manage risks, contracts, and claims, ensuring compliance with LoA guidelines and legal reviews.

  • Handle month-end closing, including journal entries, revenue and cost accruals, detailed analysis, and reporting to the head of finance.

You’ll excel in the following:

  • Having 8-10 years of experience in Finance functions, including Business, Service Controlling, Sales, and Commercial Project Management.

  • Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, with hands-on experience in SAP and PowerPoint.

  • Skilled in using analytics and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.

  • Possession of a professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is highly advantageous.

  • High analytical capability with a strong focus on results and a high level of dedication.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to drive change, solve complex problems, and proactively communicate solutions.

  • Strong understanding of diverse cultural and organizational backgrounds.
