Job Description

Talent Acquisition

  • To execute TA activities end to end process by liaising with Talent Acquisition team OR Recruitment Agency at every steps of the process including discussion with hiring managers

  • Involve in relationships with School and other relevant organisations – purpose to attract Talent.

On Boarding and Off Boarding

  • Ensures successful on boarding and integration with line manager

  • Conducts employee interviews (Exit interviews, Long term leave interviews etc.) and uses information gained to better understand employee opinion to shape future HR activity

HR Policies

  • Guiding and Promotes HR policies toward employees and managers by building a strong relationship with mutual trust.

  • Works through individual and collective HR issues and needs.

  • Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and compliance.

Training and Development

  • Facilitate the Annual Training Need Analysis in consultation with all Departments to build competencies and meet business needs.

Performance Management

  • To execute of the annual HR processes Annual Performance Review, Salary Review

  • Supports the development of key employees in line with managers by assisting manager on associate CBP and proposing relevant solutions.

Employment Relations & Communications

  • Maintain an effective, productive, and positive organizational climate by promoting upward and downward communication.

  • Advise and work with departments to administer disciplinary procedure and handle any arising employee grievances.

  • Assist in driving the Voice Of Associate related activities to improve on the engagement level of associates.

HR Compensation and Report

  • Handle compensation and benefits (all insurance claims) and address employee queries.

  • Maintain employee data and prepare reports for analysis.

  • Salary and Benefits annual survey

  • Assist with other HR tasks as needed.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Must be able to commit 6 months contract with us.

  • Comfortable to work at our plant office, 30 Tuas Ave 2. (2 ways company transport is provided to all our employees)

  • 5 days work week, 7:45am to 4:45pm

  • Able to start work immediately or short notice is an advantage
