About the Role:

The GAA Analyst will be the point of contact (POC) for the T1 vendors regarding onboarding and systems tools access, ensuring the correct governance processes are implemented, maintained, shared with the T1 vendors and followed accordingly.

The GAA Analyst in each region will be responsible for the overall rhythm of business, building relationships with T1 stakeholders to ensure they meet the required deadlines of the key activities ROB activities. The GAA Analyst will oversee the Transaction and Project Management governance processes, confirming the compliant procedures are followed with timely scorecard, document uploads and monitoring the completion of project closeouts.

Each GAA Analyst works within their allocated region, within their own time zone, on occasion it may be required to join calls out of hours calls with colleagues in the US, EMEA and APAC time zones, this will be kept to a minimum. In addition, the GAA Analysts will provide cover for each other for periods of absence, at these times there may be a requirement to adjust working hours slightly to be available in that time zone.

What You’ll Do:

  • Annually, partnering with Global Team and stakeholders to establish the Global Rhythm of Business (ROB)

  • Regional ROB and deliverables management. Includes scheduling, tracking and ensuring receipt of stakeholder inputs; scheduling PGMO workstream recurring deliverables e.g. playbook reviews; GWS Platforms hub content reviews

  • PGMO staff onboarding/offboarding, system set up and orienteering incl ongoing internal access administration (to include PgMO, MAVS, GFSC team members)

  • Serve as POC for fielding T1 Vendor onboarding issues and governance, ensuring the onboarding governance and guidance files are consistently updated with any changes

  • Establish/maintain compliant PGMO document repository (SharePoint/Teams)

  • Project Link Governance processes oversight and supporting of SOX audits (e.g. membership of Security Groups)

  • Oversight of T1 vendor document maintenance in MS Systems from Planning through to closeout. Review of processes and roll out of new structures when required

  • Deliver to a set cadence of TM and PM Closeouts document reviews ensuring completeness of document uploads by T1 vendors

  • Supplier Performance Manager tool inputs (PGMO, T1 Vendor QAS and Closeout scorecards)

  • Maintain GWS Platforms Hub (SharePoint site) ensuring links are live and active, content is updated in line with business changes; structured review of content on a regular basis

  • PGMO QBRs coordination of data from multiple sources and consolidation

  • Tracking requests sent to PGMO identifying where there are peaks and what processes can be put in place to improve

  • Participation in CBRE PGMO Initiatives and improvement opportunities at the direction of the GAA Global Lead

What You’ll Need:

  • Highly accountable and suited to working autonomously on own initiative

  • Understanding and experience of the Real Estate Industry

  • Knowledge of Transaction Management and Project Management

  • Understanding of real estate support functions, including Sourcing, Finance, and Technology

  • Good / Very Good Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Teams)

  • Experience in updating SharePoint sites would be preferable

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Understanding of the principles of audit and governance processes, experience within audit preferred

  • Client and stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to influence inputs from key stakeholders

  • Flexibility across time ones when required

  • Fluency in English and able to communicate clearly in emails and on calls

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the corporate sector (Real Estate Preferred)
