Kuehne+Nagel Global Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Specialist in Singapore, Singapore
You will be joining our operational key account + implementation team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of operational excellence
Your Role
You will be responsible for the operational performance + development of assigned customers. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:-
Your Responsibilities
To effectively manage + maintain customer relationships + support operations related initiatives.
To lead business + performance reviews (KPI) with customers along with implementation initiatives.
To manage + ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels.
To initiate + drive continuous process improvements for productivity + operational performance.
To collaborate with stakeholders to support the business requirements.
To create + maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring + analyzing.
To create + update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) + ensure adherence.
To ensure SOPs, WIs + templates are up to date + accessible by stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor / Other Degree /or equivalent in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain
Sea and Airfreight Knowledge
IT Savvy and in tune with technology advancements
Project Management Skills
Possess Integrity, is adaptable, collaborative and willing to learn.
Able to work in time critical and fast paced environment.
Able to see and think out of the box for solutions and improvements.
Possess a positive, "can-do" attitude and confident personality with well-developed communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple datelines and set priorities.
Strong team player and able to work in a multi-team environment.
