To be an Associate, based in Singapore, covering the Asia-Pacific region for a global practice, and advise on banking & finance related matters, with a focus on fund finance
Work with the Singapore Finance Partners to support and interact with the team's top-tier clients which include leading banks, financial institutions and funds
The scope of legal work is varied and includes drafting, negotiating and handling complex multi-jurisdictional financings
Qualified in Singapore (English or other Commonwealth qualifications can be considered)
Between 3 – 5 years’ experience in Singapore (or 1- 3 PQE in England and Wales (or equivalent))
Strong experience in banking and finance, with experience of fund finance
Willingness to learn new products and be a team player
Take responsibility for running transactions and supervise juniors
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Attention to detail, organised, efficient and able to work under tight deadlines
