Description

Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing Manager to drive demand, awareness and adoption of Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) cloud computing platform across ASEAN countries. This is a highly strategic opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic field marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and pipeline & revenue growth across the ASEAN region. This role will work closely with APJ regional marketing leaders , in country sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create and implement localized marketing campaigns, events, and programs that align with the overall ASEAN marketing strategy.The right candidate will have successful experience in results-driven marketing and partnering with sales teams to drive growth in new regions, as well as an unbridled passion for technology, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the ASEAN region.

  • Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns, and programs tailored to specific markets and customer segments.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing events, Executive engagements, roadshows, and other participate in sponsored Industry events across the ASEAN region

  • Collaborate with partner Marketing supporting the partner ecosystem to develop co-marketing initiatives and programs.

  • Leverage various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional channels, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

  • Lead the view on lead flow, campaign performance metrics, and return on investment (ROI)

  • Work closely with sales, Partner, technical teams, and APJ-wide counterparts to ensure alignment and execution of broader sales, business and marketing strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
