Boeing Jeppesen is looking for a Contracts Management Specialist based in Singapore . This position exercises appropriate authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies. Presents business solutions to preserve and expand the business. It represents the company in external negotiations to a diverse set of customers. Authority to prepare, negotiate, interpret and administer legally binding contractual agreements for the Digital Aviation unit of Boeing Global Services.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating agreements, such as for example sales, licensing, non-disclosure, cooperation and other type of agreements

  • Leading customer negotiations on terms and conditions with a strategic mindset to manage contractual risk.

  • Coordinating and partnering with contracts team peers and Boeing´s other internal functional disciplines.

  • Performing contractual risk assessment analysis, developing creative solutions and coordinating contractual risk mitigations.

  • Domestic and/or International Travel may be required as needed.

  • Execute daily tasks as part of a team that is not physically located together.

  • Effectively managing a high workload with a focus on priorities.

  • Working independently and as part of a global team.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • At least 4+ years experiences in drafting and negotiating contracts.

  • Professional skill in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook applications.

  • Fluent in English and demonstrate excellent written and verbal negotiations skills.

  • Ability working under pressure and be comfortable to work all aspects of complex situations.

  • Good judgment, flexibility in work hours to allow for frequent coordination with Europe and USA.

  • Candidate must have a positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.

  • Good team player and sense of humor.

  • High standard of honesty and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications(Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor degree in legal, contracts, business or related field of study.

  • 5+ years experiences in drafting and negotiating contracts.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
