Associate Sales Engineer, MOBILITY&ELECTRONIC, Industry Div. South Asia

Job Description

What is the job about?

Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company. Responsible for designated business area – Mobility & Electronic – Industry Division, South Asia.

Your main responsibilities

• Main target is to realize individual sales target in assigned area. Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies

• Follow up on unit/project sales from quotation stage to awarding stage. Ensure that final pump set selection is appropriate to client's application and specification.

• Maintain existing customer base and assist in developing plans, budget and promotional activities.

• Ensure full collaboration with customer service and service to enhance customer experience.

• Achieve agreed marketing objectives that is align with commercial priorities, sales volumes and contribution targets.

• Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool; Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines; Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.

• Other tasks assigned by manager

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Environment Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, and other relevant majors.

• Prefer minimum 1-3 years sales experience in the field of Mobility and Electronic industrial market.

• Technical background in water treatment will be an advantage.

• Successful track of customer development and management as sales person
