The candidate will be part of the Premium Cards Product Marketing team responsible for the lifecycle management of card products, including strategy, roadmap and feature definition of products or product line.

Responsibilities

1. Marketing campaigns and event activations

  • Conceptualize, plan and execute marketing campaigns and event activations to deliver product revenue growth, market share growth and product profitability improvements.

  • Driving marketing campaigns and post-campaign tracking to improve and optimise products and services.

  • Oversee events activations - including liaising with agencies, vendors, external partners, merchant's venue, planning, on-site support and overseeing full event logistics to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Resourcefully and calmly handle any issues and troubleshoot any unexpected situations on the event day.

2. Product Management

  • Conduct research, perform analysis to provide insights and recommendations to solve business issues (e.g. slower than forecast growth rate etc.) and to meet business KPIs.

  • Take ownership of assigned product portfolios and provide support to ensure the best customer experience

  • Drive new membership benefits enhancements (including rationalization & retirement) through understanding of market dynamics, competitive environment, customer preferences and portfolio analysis.

  • Stay abreast of market trends and identify event opportunities that generates interest. Plan, design and produce events while overseeing project delivery elements within timelines.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships and alliances with key partners, merchants and service providers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop / improve products and ensure seamless product delivery.

  • Track effectiveness and drive improvement to key metrics like product acquisition and usage of benefits, customer satisfaction and post-analysis of events / marketing campaigns and provide strategic insights and ideas to improve the program based on data analysis

  • Implement and manage product processes to ensure compliance to brand requirements and maximum efficiency between teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Provide weekly, monthly and annual reporting to the senior management

  • Maintain day-to-day operations of the product operations and program including responding to customers, set-up, contracts, reviews / approvals, creative executions, enquiries from customer service and payments.

  • Be responsible for conducting product trainings and ensure product information on various communications channels is always kept updated.

  • Marketing, forecasting, budgeting and profit and loss (P&L responsibilities). Manage budget and book keeping - dealing effectively and punctually with any incoming and outgoing expenses and providing associated reports.

3. Administrative support

  • Support in managing enquiries and feedback from concierge and customer service, including investigation of feedback related to promotion held by the team, fulfilment / replacement of vouchers etc.

  • Support in management of team budget and book-keeping, dealing effectively and punctually with any incoming invoices and outgoing bill payments, monitors invoices and expenses reports.

  • Assist the team in logistic management, including stock take.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree holder in marketing, communication, or another related field.

  • The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in delivering business results and solid strategy conceptualization to execution experience.

Required Skills

  • Creative and strategic thinker with understanding and experience in the Cards industry.

  • Solid leadership qualities with the ability to work with and communicate clearly with people from all levels.

  • Possess strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, campaigns and / or events simultaneously.

  • Assertive and driven individual with persistence and will to succeed.

  • Strong problem-solving skills - approaches problems with a rational, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to exercise logic and good judgement to provide the appropriate outcome.

  • Ability to establish and maintain partnerships and alliances with key partners, merchants and service providers.

  • Versatile as a team player and individual contributor, independent and has strong work ethics and integrity.

  • Individual should also have a respect for deadlines without compensating on quality of work

  • Meticulous attention to details and believe that anything worth doing, is worth doing right - every single time.

  • Excellent communication sills - writes well, speaks eloquently, and are comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

  • Poised, proactive, extremely detail-oriented with a creative streak to bring fresh perspectives to the portfolios

  • Adaptable, resourceful and can shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work nights and weekends during key campaign / event periods if needed.

  • Experience in marketing or product management to affluent segment is a big plus.
