POSITION OVERVIEW
Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (The Coca-Cola Company) is a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. We are an export facility, specializing in the manufacturing of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and Southwest Asia business units.We are on a journey of growth - having completed the construction and expansion of our site towards doubling our manufacturing capacity in recent years.We have also embarked on our digital transformation journey, striving to be the Lighthouse for the Consumer Products Supply (CPS) plants in Asia and to be a leader in digital transformation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Invoice handling: account assignment, receiving, scanning, and filing.
Work closely with shared service team in India and to resolve invoice processing and payment issues;
Handle vendor master data management including vendor registration and update;
Assist to ensure AP/GL cycle meets SOX requirements;
Ensure timely accrual of expenses;
Prepare monthly survey reports and withholding tax report;
Responsible for inter-company billings and bank reconciliations;
Prepare quarterly GST filing reports;
Support internal and external audit activities
QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in accounting operations or in a manufacturing background
Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or ACCA qualifications preferred
Good communication skill
Good analytical skill, detail to attention
Tax-filling experience or familiar with US GAAP and SOX requirement is an advantage
Strong communication and analysis skill
Problem solving & trouble-shooting
Proficient in use of Excel
