What you’ll do:

  • Demonstrating strong functional knowledge & working experience related to materials management & detailed understanding of concepts related to ERP data health, MRP. production planning, replenishment planning & inventory management.

  • Communicating with cross functional team for follow ongoing changes in production plan.

  • Working closely with Engineering & relevant functions to define and plan for long lead items UX projects.

  • Following and managing all versions/revisions in BOM to plan effectively.

  • Leading UX project (MV Switchgear) from end to end for production and material planning.

  • Following production shortages and analyze root cause.

  • Working the best production plan for reduce the lead time.

  • Managing the forecast on SAP (Materials, semi-finished good and finish good level).

  • Supporting cost out and localization projects.

  • Joining weekly RCCP review workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with engineering discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in similar position.

  • Familiarity with "Engineering to order" principle.

  • Strong understanding of plant operations and manufacturing value stream in a discrete manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of different manufacturing environment, especially ETO/MTO and project-based business.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with ERP programs, technical drawing knowledge, analysis and reporting knowledge.

  • Good command on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Negotiation skill, problem solving, analytical skills, fluent speaking and writing in English. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities in a multitasking environment.

  • Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix-based organization.

  • Drive for results, Passionate about work & continuous improvement.

  • A team player with willingness to work across multiple cross-functional engagements and learning agility towards adoption of digital tool and technologies.
