This role will support the development and roll out of business cases forbusiness strategically important programs, initiate and manage the implementation of projects and the associated financials, providing clear and timely status reports. S/he will be leading and managing multipe project teams and supporting multi site and cross divisional communication , project planning and presenting detailed project status to top manangement.

What you’ll do:

  • Current state mapping and future state development of potential projects (scenario planning)

  • Business case development (including securing project / funding approvals)

  • Professional project management utilizing Eaton’s Project management tool set.

  • Lead problem solving and root cause analysis activities.

  • Develop and execute aligned communications plans for all key stakeholders and approval bodies.

  • Budget, scope, resources planning / management and business metric reporting.

  • Advanced quality planning and contingency planning.

  • Application of Organizational Change Management techniques.

  • Establish processes, tools where needed and support in the transitions of roles & responsibilities.

  • Tracks and Manages risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies..

  • Manage the industrialization of projects and coordinate sending & receiving parties..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's Degree of industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering

  • 5 -10 years proven track record working in an PM & NPI.

  • Project management experience in e.g., New Product Development, Cost outs, Transition projects.

  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality processes and procedures.

  • At least C1 level English ability and fluent communication skills.

  • Excellent IT application & data management skills

  • Advanced working knowledge of NPI releases, SCM processes & Systems incl.

Skills:

  • Strong Analytical, Planning and Organizational Skills

  • Working often in emotionally challenging circumstances the role requires both empathy and demonstration of managerial courage.
