What you’ll do:

• Planning to UX, UMC, Component production planning

• Follow production shortages and analyze root cause.

• Join daily, weekly Tier and the other meetings.

• Working the best production plan for reduce the lead time.

• Align with the material supplier plan.

• Manage the forecast on SAP (Materials, semi-finished good and finish good level)

• Work about cost out and localization projects.

• Align with the monthly and yearly target.

• Join weekly RCCP review workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with engineering discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering.

• 2-3 years' experience in similar position.

Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP programs, technical drawing knowledge, analysis and reporting knowledge.

• Negotiation skill, problem solving, analytical skills.

• Proficient oral and written communication skills of English.
