Yard Assistant (Part-time)
Silver Lake Marine, Western NY State's ONLY USA TOP 100 BOAT DEALER, has a temporary, part-time Yard Assistant opening, starting September 23rd.
Previous boat weatherization/yard experience a PLUS, but will train!
Duties to include being able to:
-Identify the materials needed to properly shrink wrap both boats of all shapes and sizes
-Help in the boat winterization process
-Band and build structure for the shrink wrap
-Assist or move boats and small watercraft safely by using our on site equipment
-Arrange and help line up the boats and watercraft for our next round of services
-Assist technicians in oil changes and other light duty maintenance.
-Help keep the yard and facilities clean, organized and safe.
Position has flexible hours (20/week) and pays $15.00/hour. (We are closed Wednesdays and Sundays)
