Operations Sr Director

Our work depends on an Operations Sr Director joining our team to ensure program execution excellence, customer intimacy, resource management, and continued growth.

HOW AN OPERATIONS SR DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

● Mentor program managers in the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned programs including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.

● Assist site lead with customer relationship management and growth

● Ensure execution excellence by leveraging GDIT's mature processes and technologies

● Foster continual service improvement

● Maintain relationships with industry partners

● Assist in developing and maintaining our Sierra Vista program pipeline

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: Associates Degree or higher in Computer and Information Systems or related degree

● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience in operations / program management as a contractor in support of DoD

● Required Certification: PMI PMP

● Required Technical Skills: IT Project / Program level management and general understanding of core IT concepts

● Security Clearance Level: Secret

● Required Skills and Abilities: Oral and Written Communication, Leadership, resource management, customer relationship management, project management, budgeting, profit / loss management.

● Desired Certification: ISC2 CISSP

● Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
