BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF RICHLAND COUNTY Program Coordinator in SIDNEY, Montana
The Program Coordinator is responsible for: overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a broad range of programs in the Boys & Girls Club of Richland County; managing budgets and controlling expenditures; and providing leadership to part-time employees and volunteers. Key Roles (Essential Job Responsibilities): *Prepare Youth for Success *Program Development and Implementation *Partnership Development *Supervision *Resource Management Additional Responsibilities: *May oversee special programs and/or events. *May be required to drive Club vehicle periodically. *May consult with parents concerning member issues. *Work with other program staff to coordinate programming at the elementary and middle school levels.
