Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, performing tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work long oilfield hours in all weather conditions and lift heavy objects. Responsibilities: - Hands on training - Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding - Load and unload construction materials from trucks - Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by the construction crew - Assist with the installation of construction materials such as roofing, steel siding. - Clean and maintain construction equipment and tools - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site - Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient workflow Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus - Valid driver's license is preferred Benefits: - Competitive pay rates based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the company - Ongoing training and development programs
