NJ Employer Farm Laborer in Sicklerville, New Jersey
Anticipated period of employment: 05/12/2024 to 11/24/2024.
No experience required. Employer will train.
Plant crops; operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to harvest crops; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; lay plastic & drip tape; pull weeds; harvest vegetables by hand; cut & pack certain vegetables in the field; load & stack baskets; maintain crops by staking, tying, pruning, pulling plastic & drip tape at the end of the year; set up and operate irrigation equipment; move aluminum irrigation pipes in/out of fields; clear and maintain irrigation ditches; inform farmers or farm managers of crop progress. Only workers meeting all qualifications on the job order should be referred by the Job Service Office. Interested candidates must contact their local employment office to receive a copy of the job order (ETA 790/790A) and applicable attachments. Once the applicant has a copy of the job contact they may call or email the employer to schedule an interview Monday- Friday from 8am to 5pm.
