As a member of the Siemens DI PA Global Factory Network, SIMEA Sibiu takes advantage of cooperating with various divisions to ensure top quality, innovative solutions, and competitive prices on an international level.

SIMEA Sibiu carries out production activities of electronic equipment and systems, of low to medium complexity and with an increased manual processing part. The company is involved in the generation of innovative solutions in the field of design and manufacturing of electronic products, support services within its strong competencies: product development (PLM), logistics and production.

Join our Supply Chain team in Sibiu as an Order Management Specialist for Data Analytics

What part will you play?

· Join our SCM team in Sibiu and actively shape the processes of planning, delivery, and return.

· Take responsibility in cross-functional teams, projects and sub-projects.

· Bring your creativity and ideas to ensure a smooth flow of operational logistics.

· Develop and improve SCM processes to optimize costs and increase customer satisfaction.

· Consider new market and technology trends, evaluate their potential, and implement them.

What you need to make real what matters

· University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or Logistics.

· At least 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management/Logistics.

· Affinity for IT trends.

· Strategic, entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making power.

· Very good SAP R/3 or SAP S4 knowledge, MS Office 365 and openness to AI-driven or RPA-optimized tools.

· Good proficiency of English Proficiency of German is a benefit.
