The company is involved in the generation of innovative solutions in the field of design and manufacturing of electronic products, support services within its strong competencies: product development (PLM), logistics and production.

Join our Supply Chain team in Sibiu as an Intralogistics In- & Outbound and Shipping Specialist

What part will you play?

• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners for transportation

• for Procurement and Sales Order processing

• Creating shipping instructions and supporting the specialist departments in shipping issues

• :

• Timely processing of shipping orders

• Service Provider Billing

• Freight cost statements

• : assessment of the facts as well as support for those affected in the procurement of replacements, including recourse letters up to settlement with insurance companies.

• and clarify logistics complaints with service providers and customers.

• You ensure relevant training of operational staff who work in the shopfloor distribution area.

• in/around labeling and packing the finished goods as well as in overall continuous process optimization projects

• Representation of the shipping & active contribution as subject matter expert in shopfloor value stream and footprint projects

• You regularly establish & analyze logistical KPIs in your area and take action where there is need for improvement.

What you need to make real what matters.

• Bachelor or Master`s degree preferably in business administration, industrial engineering or logistics.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transport logistics.

• Experience in dealing with freight forwarders and logistics service providers. On-top experience in other logistic areas such as order management and operative purchasing is beneficial.

• Very good proficiency of English (spoken & written). Proficiency of German is a benefit.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3 (SD&MM module) and ideally also first experience in introducing AI-driven or RPA-optimized planning tools.
